As our Pickleball Community continues to grow, the PCVG would like to highlight an opportunity to improve your pickleball skills — Drill and Play. This free program is offered and led by Pickleball Community Volunteers and designed to improve the skills of players rated 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0. There are a limited number of slots available each week so only ONE sign-up per person is allowed each week. This will allow everyone the opportunity to participate..

All sessions are from 10:00AM to 11:50AM. With at least two volunteer coaches in each pod, players are led through a series of drills designed to improve their game. Feedback is provided throughout the session. All sessions allocate 1 hour for Drills, followed by 1 hour of games. Drill and Play is a fun and challenging experience designed to keep players safe while they gain new knowledge about the sport.

NOTE: if you sign up to attend Drill and Play, you need to be aware that you must show up or cancel by noon the day prior to the session. If you do not cancel, you will not be allowed to participate in Drill and Play for 10 weeks. Players who do not show up deprive other Drill and Play enthusiasts from participating.
Eye protection and court shoes are required for participation.
Drill and Play sessions may be cancelled due to weather related issues. If Drill and Play is cancelled, you will receive an email from Sign Up Genius about 9:00AM prior to the session you signed up for notifying you of the cancellation. The appropriate Rec Center will also be notified at 9:00AM that we had to cancel Drill and Play.
