New Software! MyPBGames

Get ready for some truly exciting news that will significantly enhance our club, empower our amazing volunteers, and ensure an even smoother and more enjoyable experience for every player!

As many of you know, we have experienced incredible growth. This vibrant community is a testament to your passion for pickleball and the dedication of our volunteer leaders. However, managing this level of activity with various tools like SignUp Genius, Google Forms, Excel sheets, and Word documents has become increasingly complex. To build an even stronger future for the PCVG, we're thrilled to announce a game-changing upgrade: we are transitioning to a centralized, all-in-one system: MyPBGames!

This move is fantastic news for so many reasons:

• More Time, Less Effort: Say goodbye to juggling multiple platforms! MyPBGames will streamline the management of all our activities and participants in one intuitive system. This means less administrative burden and more time for everyone to enjoy pickleball.

• Empowering Our Volunteers: MyPBGames provides robust member management with role-based access. Our dedicated Activity Directors/Leaders will retain full control over their activities, making their vital work more efficient.

• Unlock Your Stats! Get ready for automatically calculated player and team statistics! No more manual tracking – MyPBGames will handle it all, adding a new dimension to your gameplay.

• Seamless DUPR Integration: Integrating with DUPR will be as easy as pushing a button! No more manual entry of match results, and your player ratings will stay automatically up-to-date (only when you participate in PCVG activities that are reported to DUPR).

• Rotation of Participants: To ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity to participate in our popular drill and play sessions, we will implement a centralized rotation system for sign-ups. This transition to MyPBGames marks an exciting new chapter for the PCVG!

Along with this powerful new system, we've also launched a fresh look with a new PCVG logo and plans for a PCVG swag shop – stay tuned for more details!

To invest in the continued growth and quality of our activities, including the implementation of our new software and to help cover essential operating costs and supplies often supported by our volunteers, starting this summer, we will be introducing a new $20 club membership annual fee. This fee will be required to participate in PCVG-managed leagues, drill & plays, 4.0 Weekly Tournaments, PickleballWarriors, PCVG Rating Clinics, and DUPR Camps. The fee will directly contribute to the resources needed to run these activities. The Instructional Clinics and Referee Training will continue to be free of charge.
